Complexities of Living

I am very happy to see the fruits of my labor when my home renovation was finally finished last week.  Some parts of the house needed improvements already like the kitchen, living room, backyard areas and the front patio. I hired a good architect that can make a modern design for my planned home improvements. I thought of adding a touch of nature to make a serenity in my home living. A water feature was installed in the outdoors. The sunrise spring wall water fountain is so beautiful in green slate with rustic copper trim. It feels so close to nature when I see such feature at home.  My dream home is finally fulfilled this time and it is always rewarding to see my achievements.

Every summer my cousin always sees to it that her family can spend an out of the country vacation. For this year she and her family spent a grand vacation in Beijing, China.  Just arrived from such grand vacation, they all enjoyed the fun being in that hot, cool place feeling the Mongolian air of the country.  They visited lots of wonderful places and the main attraction that they visited was the Great Wall. I saw in the pictures that the weather was summer but the cool winds can be felt by the tourists who were mostly wearing sweaters and jackets. I thought that it was all walking adventures going to the top of the Great Wall. Her family considered such vacation as very memorable – place, food and many adventures. Great time together!

Summer season is here again. The scorching hot of the sun is very welcoming for me and my friends to spend time to the cool and nice beaches for a summer getaway.  I met with my close girl friends the other day and we planned to go to the famous Boracay beach next week.  This will be personally challenging for me because I need to look physically great – exercise, toned body, slim down and  tan skin. I want to be sexy when wearing my favorite swim wear so that I can enjoy the beach vacation next week.  I go to an exclusive store that offers sunless tanning booth wherein my skin gets a special pampering to look flawlessly beautiful. The color session lasts for almost three hours and I feel great on my looks. Now I am ready for our coming beach escapades and hopefully would enjoy the nice summer season for this year.

I have observed that my brother is very busy today in doing some compact disc burning activities in the computer at home. He was being requested by our sister to help her in a certain topic related to her training.  I have clear idea of what my brother is doing actually but I observe that he bought  brand new compact discs that can be recorded  and written when inserted on the compact disk player of the central processing unit of the computer. The job is quite tedious because you should be patient and meticulous when downloading and testing on the exact files  needed for the said topic. It take him hours to finish the tasks and finally he is able to burn about four compact disks.  It is nice to know that there is this kind of program in the computer that makes things easy for living.

I had a great weekend night out with my friends and we went to a popular music club house located in the heart of the city.  We savored the nice dishes being served for us like fried seafood dips, creamy tacos, sizzling servings, beverages and more finger foods to choose in their menu. While eating, a good sound of techno, pop, party and remix music were being played by the disc jock man who happened to be a friend of mine. He has been into the music scene for many years now and told me that the secret of playing good music is using the right  Numark equipments. His expertise in music mix as a DJ made him popular not just here in the city but in other big cities in the country.

I reported at the office earlier when the week started because there were lots of transactions expected. The filing time for the annual income tax is approaching having a deadline on April fifteen which falls on Sunday. I am busy as many taxpayers transact fro verification, uploading, payments, inquiries, stamping, filing and more. The filers who often submit application for an annual income taxes are usually those who have businesses, local employees, corporations, partnerships, self employed, marginal income earners and foundations.  Some also have transactions with regards to one time transactions  wherein they are being tax on the capital gains, documentary, deed of sale, deed of donations etc. Quite stressful but good thing though because I was able to recharge myself from a five long days of vacation.

It is another week of reflection as the Christian world celebrates  the Holy Week this year. I am happy because it falls earlier this first week of the month of April. I work only for three days from Monday up to Wednesday. It feels great to be relaxing at home from Thursday to Friday. I do some general household works that I often neglect during the usual weekends. I also have more time to have read and listen to scriptural readings for the Lenten week.  Me and my siblings enjoy  each others presence by just staying at home. The stress that I often feel is relieve having more time to sleep in the evening and in the afternoon.  The Holy Week for me is a good time not just to have a relaxation but also to be spiritually present with God. His triumph in conquering death is the greatest love for mankind and by that it strengthens my faith as a believer.

My nephew just graduated from high school last week and I was happy that he finally finished the second part of his education.  I am so proud of him because he accomplished his high school with flying colors. He got a golden medallion as the class valedictorian for the year twenty twelve among his batch mates. He really is excellent in class and so he deserves a gift from me. I buy him today a new wii game because he likes the play station set. It is the latest gadget being released in the market. The programs are very updated with different kinds of videos to choose from. The price is great and I am able to avail discounts and freebies from an exclusive distributor.

The weather is abnormal this time. Heavy rainfall this afternoon when I left the office. I do not have any update about the weather from the television but I think there is again another tropical depression happening in a nearby place in the city. I am always bringing with an umbrella as protection not just from the rain but also  from the heat of the sun. I am still updating my posts  here and hopefully the rain is over when I go home tonight.
