Real property tax transaction

Tax season is here again. I am so stress the past months on my real property transactions. It is very complicated really because there are lots of things to process before I can come up with the titling of the property which are the land and building where I am presently residing. It also take a big amount of money because of the assessed fees on the loan mortgage of agreement, transfer on sale and more. I am always praying for the smooth processing of this real property transaction this year and hopefully we can start anew on my housing loan.

Gospel for today

Gospel jn 9:1-41–As Jesus passed by he saw a man blind from birth. His disciples asked him,“Rabbi, who sinned, this man or his parents, that he was born blind?”Jesus answered,“Neither he nor his parents sinned;it is so that the works of God might be made visible through him.We have to do the works of the one who sent me while it is day.Night is coming when no one can work. While I am in the world, I am the light of the world.”When he had said this, he spat on the ground and made clay with the saliva, and smeared the clay on his eyes, and said to him, “Go wash in the Pool of Siloam” —which means Sent—.So he went and washed, and came back able to see.His neighbors and those who had seen him earlier as a beggar said,“Isn’t this the one who used to sit and beg?”Some said, “It is, “but others said, “No, he just looks like him.”He said, “I am.”So they said to him, “How were your eyes opened?”He replied,“The man called Jesus made clay and anointed my eyes and told me, ‘Go to Siloam and So I went there and washed and was able to see.”And they said to him, “Where is he?”he said, “I don’t know.”They brought the one who was once blind to the Pharisees. Now Jesus had made clay and opened his eyes on a sabbath. So then the Pharisees also asked him how he was able to see.He said to them,“He put clay on my eyes, and I washed, and now I can see.”So some of the Pharisees said,“This man is not from God,because he does not keep the sabbath.”But others said,“How can a sinful man do such signs?”And there was a division among them.So they said to the blind man again,“What do you have to say about him, since he opened your eyes?”He said, “He is a prophet.”Now the Jews did not believethat he had been blind and gained his sight until they summoned the parents of the one who had gained his sight. They asked them,“Is this your son, who you say was born blind? How does he now see?”His parents answered and said,“We know that this is our son and that he was born blind. We do not know how he sees now,nor do we know who opened his eyes.Ask him, he is of age;he can speak for himself.”His parents said this because they were afraidof the Jews, for the Jews had already agreed that if anyone acknowledged him as the Christ,he would be expelled from the synagogue. For this reason his parents said,“He is of age; question him.”So a second time they called the man who had been blind and said to him, “Give God the praise! We know that this man is a sinner.”He replied,“If he is a sinner, I do not know. One thing I do know is that I was blind and now I see.”So they said to him,“What did he do to you?How did he open your eyes?”He answered them,“I told you already and you did not listen. Why do you want to hear it again?Do you want to become his disciples, too?”They ridiculed him and said,“You are that man’s disciple;we are disciples of Moses! We know that God spoke to Moses, but we do not know where this one is from.”The man answered and said to them,
“This is what is so amazing, that you do not know where he is from, yet he opened my eyes.
We know that God does not listen to sinners, but if one is devout and does his will, he listens to him.It is unheard of that anyone ever opened the eyes of a person born blind. If this man were not from God,he would not be able to do anything.”They answered and said to him,“You were born totally in sin,and are you trying to teach us?”Then they threw him out. When Jesus heard that they had thrown him out,he found him and said, “Do you believe in the Son of Man?”He answered and said,“Who is he, sir, that I may believe in him?”Jesus said to him,“You have seen him,the one speaking with you is he.”He said,“I do believe, Lord,” and he worshiped him. Then Jesus said,“I came into this world for judgment,so that those who do not see might see,and those who do see might become blind.”Some of the Pharisees who were with him heard this and said to him, “Surely we are not also blind, are we?”Jesus said to them,“If you were blind, you would have no sin;but now you are saying, ‘We see,’ so your sin remains.

Jewelry renewal

Its my schedule today to renew my jewelry here in the downtown district. I have all my time this afternoon so its no hassle. The total  amount that I pay is more than a hundred pesos. I need to renew it or else I can be fined with an interest. The jewelry that I renewed is a gold necklace. The quality is very good as well as its design. I have to renew  this until I can have an amount to redeem my jewelry. Gold is quite expensive these days and my jewelry for sure is getting the high appraisal in time.

Gospel for today

Gospel: Jn 4:5–16, 19–26, 39–42-He came to a Samaritan town called Sychar, near the land that Ja cob had given to his son Joseph. Jacob’s well is there. Tired from his journey, Jesus sat down by the well; it was about noon. Now a Samari-tan woman came to draw water, and Jesus said to her, “Give me a drink.” His disciples had just gone into town to buy some food. The Samaritan woman said to him, “How is it that you, a Jew, ask me, a Samaritan and a woman, for a drink?” (For Jews, in fact, have no dealings with Samaritans.) Jesus replied, “If you only knew the gift of God! If you knew who it is, who is asking you for a drink, you yourself would have asked me, and I would have given you living water.”The woman answered, “Sir, you have no bucket, and this well is deep; where is your living water? Are you greater than our ancestor Jacob, who gave us this well; he drank from it himself, together with his sons and his cattle?”Jesus said to her, “Those who drink of this water will be thirsty again; but those, who drink of the water that I shall give, will never be thirsty; for the water, that I shall give, will become in them a spring of water, welling up to eternal life.”The woman said to him, “Give me this water, that I may never be thirsty, and never have to come here to draw water.” Jesus said, “Go, call your husband, and come back here.”The woman then said to him, “I see you are a prophet; tell me this: Our ancestors came to this moun¬tain to worship God; but you Jews, do you not claim that Jerusalem is the only place to worship God?”Jesus said to her, “Believe me, woman, the hour is coming when you shall worship the Father, but that will not be on this mountain nor in Jeru¬salem. You worship what you do not know; we worship what we know, because salvation is from the Jews. But the hour is coming, and is even now here, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in Spirit and truth; for that is the kind of worship¬pers the Father wants. God is Spirit, and those who worship him must wor¬ship in Spirit, and truth.”The woman said to him, “I know that the Messiah (that is the Christ) is coming. When he comes, he will tell us everything.” And Jesus said, “I who am talking to you, I am he.”In that town many Samaritans believed in him when they heard the woman who declared, “He told me everything I did.” So, when they came to him, they asked him to stay with them, and Jesus stayed there two days. After that, many more believed because of his own words, and they said to the woman, “We no longer believe because of what you told us; we have heard for ourselves, and we know that this is the Savior of the world.” Today’s gospel reflects about how are we going to respond to the thirsts of water of life  of ourselves and of other people. Christ became man and lived with us. His physical thirst is way beyond and what he is telling in the gospel is about being with us even through the adversities of life.

Wooden kitchen utensils

Cooking is passionate for me and when my sister went on malling one time she knew what to gave me as a present. A pair of wooden ladles fork type and spoon type. I really like it  because I do not have some utensils to use. The ladles are very useful especially then I cook foods in stews, stir fry mixes, broths and other dishes. It can be a good utensil to use when mixing salads and desserts as well. The ladles are made of quality hard wood that would not chip even in several cooking uses.  Using wooden utensil is also beneficial for the health because it is made of natural material as compared to plastics. I hope to buy some more wooden utensils when I have time.

Gel ink pens purchase

My sister had some time to visit a store named Muji. We had been to this store before and we found it nice because it sells many personal items from clothing and other personal stuffs. One that I told her to buy was the gel ink pens.  The pens are made of quality inks that have nice tips. Great for many writings in paper works that I do in the office or when at home. It does not easily breaks unlike other pens that destroy its writing quality every time it falls. She bought for me three kinds colors blue and black.  I hope to get many collections when I can visit the store again.

White bowl on sale

Its a non working holiday today and some malls are on sale. I visit some kitchen utensils to check if there are nice ones on sale. Good timing I find one. A white bowl on sale. It is made of a quality microwaveable material that is breakable. Colored white with plastic cover. Best to use in food serving and keeping as well. It can also be use in large servings of food especially on parties or other gatherings. Priced at the equivalent of three dollars. Very affordable actually as I had been looking for this kind months back. Nice sale this season. I hope to buy some again .

Bracelet renewal

It is a non working holiday today only here in the city in celebration of its founding anniversary. I take my time to go to the downtown district because I have a deadline for renewal of my bracelet. I miss such precious gem of mine. It is a two toned eighteen carat jewelry bracelet which I bought  as a remembrance of my first job salaries. I considered it as my personal investment but due to some personal financial constraints, I had to pawned it to be able to sustain my personal finances. Anyway, I am monthly renewing it and hopefully when I can have money, I will be able to redeem it the soonest time.

German language exam

My sister is a registered nurse and she tried to take the German language review for three weeks. It started last month of February and ended the first week of this month. I thought it was easy but actually hard as it is when exercise. Balancing her review and work were not easy but she was able to hurdled the challenges. She and her friends were scheduled to take the exam the other day in the city. It took them about two hours flight from the city. Staying for days before and after taking the exam was exhausting both money and time. The German language test was quite difficult because it consisted of reading, speaking and hearing. I hope my sister and her friends will pass the exam.

Identification pictures from the studio

I had been planning to have some pictures taken at the studio but it is just finally realized last weekend when I had time to went to the mall. These pictures will be used in my applications to be submitted within this month. When I checked out the studio, I got the package that offered six pieces of one and one half by one and one half and six pieces of one by one pictures. A total of twelve pieces all in all. Now I can have many pictures every time there is a need to comply with one. The background is white and good thing that my hair is new trimmed, styled and blow dried so I look pretty and chick in my picture poses.
