Fruit cleansing weekend

It is a long weekend because today, Monday is declared as non working holiday in celebration of the National Heroes Day. I think that this is a perfect time for cleansing since me and my sister had been planning of this last week. Fruits and vegetables that I include are apple, pineapple and cucumber. Other vegetables that can be included are carrots, banana, watermelon and other enzyme rich foods. I chop each ingredient in the chopping board then place it in a blender one after the other. Blend until it turns to be a smoothie. I added a cup of water to make it easier to blend together. The taste is great. One healthy way to cleanse from within. I would like to do this every week.
